When GPS is enabled on your loved one’s account, both you and first responders can see their GreatCall device location. In an emergency, this information can save critical minutes and seconds.
To maximize the battery performance of the GreatCall device, location information is updated once every 20 minutes, but you can always tap the "Update Location" button in the Link app to get the latest information.
