Fact vs Opinion is an educational app to teach language skills to all children, but particularly to those with developmental delays. Sometimes, it’s difficult for children to understand the concept of “Fact” and “Opinion”. This app will present the two concepts in random rotation.
Children will be presented with a statement and then will be required to identify if it is a fact or an opinion. Example: When presented with the statement “Chickens are the cutest farm animal”, the child will be required to press the “Fact” or “Opinion” button at the bottom of the screen.
This app will track your child’s progress and isolate the concepts that your child struggles with. These associations will be sent to an additional practice feature. This app is also capable of tracking the data of multiple children, without overlapping their data.
This app will be a valuable resource for IEP meetings, conferences, and team meetings.
Once “Fact” and “Opinion” concepts are mastered in rotation, the app will explain how you can generalize them into the child’s natural environment.
