iSignNGT is a basic dictionary of Sign Language of the Netherlands (NGT), the language of Deaf people in the Netherlands. The user can look up signs for more than 600 concepts. Apart from a sign movie, one may find a signdrawing, pictogram or picture. The list of signs can be organised alphabetically or thematically. The application is suited for everyone who is learning basic NGT and everyone who is using sign supported Dutch (NmG). The user can swipe back and forth between signmovies and other parts which facilitates practising the signs.
All signs are standard signs, derived from the national database of NGT signs of the Dutch Sign Centre (Nederlands Gebarencentrum) in the Netherlands.
Theme's can be added to the basis sign dictionary via in-app purchases. They are listed in the theme list.
