We serve on the boards of the Child Advocacy Center of Marshall County, the Better Business Bureau of North Alabama, Artists Responding to Students (ARTS), and other local groups dedicated to community service. Other organizations we support include Companion Animal Rescue of Arab, Alabama (CARAA); the Marshall County Natural Hazards Mitigation Committee; the Marshall County Strategic National Stockpile Planning Team; and Citizen Corps Council of Marshall County. We also provide special support services to United Way of Marshall County, Madison/Marshall County American Red Cross, Salvation Army, Drug Free Marshall County, Neighborhood Watch, and The Whole Backstage, Last year, FUN 92.7 provided more than $100,000 in promotional support to numerous civic groups, non-profit organizations and worthy causes by providing free radio advertising, production and dubbing of public service announcements for distribution to other radio stations, cash and in-kind donations.
