More specifically, in the middle of the entertainment center has a carousel, you will have to spend a lot of time and effort to overcome it. The island isn’t habitated by any villagers so it’s probably safe to switch the colors of the flags to the ones you prefer. The city is constructed in a really beautiful terrain with four different biomes surrounding it. Build a modern city including several skyscrapers and a few other structures. The island got a farm, multiple houses, a small harbor and even a few secrets hidden around on the islands (both underwater and on the island).
