** QUICK GUIDE **
The app takes you through nine typical steps of a Focusing session, always at your own pace.
This is important – after all, the purpose of Focusing is to get in touch with your own thoughts, feelings and development.
That’s why the app shows you each step in the form of cards that you can move around yourself, giving you control over how much time you spend on each one.
Start by reading the first card. Each card contains invitations for you to follow – or not, depending on how relevant the invitation is for you in that moment.
If it feels appropriate, you can follow the invitations on the card while observing whatever shows up inside of you with openness and curiosity.
As soon as you have finished with one card and want to move on to the next, simply swipe the card to the left.
Up to nine of these cards will appear, guiding you through a basic Focusing process.
Finally, you can take a moment to reflect on and evaluate your session – you can also ask questions or seek further information on Focusing.
