Use this App to log and track your daily Step Count, enter your Missed Day’s entry, track your progress, explore new locations, connect with other Stepathletes and so much more…all while on the move.
LOG YOUR ACTIVITY
You can log various types of activity – surfing, skiing, cycling, swimming, horse riding, etc. For anything that is not measured in steps, you can enter either the time spent or the distance covered and we will convert this into steps for you.
SYNC YOUR STEPS
You can now track and sync your steps with the inbuilt pedometer in your phone or you can connect* with apps and devices that have been featured in our App & Device Gallery. This means you will no longer have to manually enter your steps, but you will need to add any additional activity that has not been tracked by your connected app or device, such as distance cycled or minutes spent doing yoga. You can connect and sync with the following -
Fitness tracking devices: Fitbit, Garmin, GOQii, Jawbone
Free apps: Google Fit, Moves

USE FOOD SWAP
This handy food calculator helps you swap the unhealthy for the healthy! Put in your food item of choice and it will recommend a healthier, more nutritious option. It will also tell you how many steps you need to walk in order to burn it off!
TRACK YOUR CALORIES
Our new Calorie Checker features over 18,000 food items from the Nutrition Coordinating Center’s (NCC) premier food and nutrient database. You can simply type in a food choice to find nutritional value, such as total calories, protein, fat, carbohydrates, fat, dietary fat, calcium and more.
STAY UPDATED AND MOTIVATED
You can interact and engage with an entire community of likeminded people by reading, posting and sharing blogs, photos and videos. You can access expert articles and advice, celebrity fitness mantras, information capsules and a whole lot more to keep you abreast of the latest in health and wellness.
MANANGE YOUR PROFILE
You can view and update your personal details and also track your performance and health for a week, a month or the whole year.
TRACK YOUR COMPETITION
Track your team’s progress and keep an eye on the competition on the Leaderboard. You can filter by company, follow teams and compare your team’s performance.
