Samsung Smart Things is a home automation system that allows you to create different routines and schedules to automate all of the smart devices in your home.
With Smart Things, you can receive important notifications about what's happening at home, control your smart devices with a simple tap, and automate your home to react to your unique preferences.
With Smart Things you can turn your home into a Smart Home. It allows you to wirelessly connect with a whole range of smart devices and lets everything work together. You can add Samsung Home appliances, TVs, and other Internet of Things (IoT) products. The Smart Things app is designed to let you view and configure your added devices at a glance.
Your smart home needs a brain, so get started with Smart Things. It connects wirelessly with a wide range of smart devices and makes them work together.
Add a Smart Things Wi-Fi hub to your Wi-Fi network to control smart outlets, smart lights, use Voice assistants like Alexa and more. Use sensors to detect water leaks, or see whether doors and windows are opened or closed. You can add compatible door locks, speakers, switches and more. Smart Things app works on both Android and Apple operating systems, and devices you can control are being added all the time.
The Smart Things integration utilizes a webhook to receive push updates from the Smart Things cloud through either a cloudhook or an internet accessible webhook based on whether Home Assistant Cloud is configured and logged in with a non-expired subscription (this is not configurable at this time).
