This is a time-sharing app or Grocery Delivery particular to Australia, in which we have two types of users i.e. "Client" and "Shopper".

On a high-level, Client can request grocery from Multiple Stores, by preparing list of stores and items in this app (to save their Time), and Shopper would go to multiple stores, pick the items and deliver to client against a delivery fee.

1) Upon Registration, we first take basic information i.e. FUll Name, Email, Mobile Number (Australian).

2) Then user can choose how he wants to use this app i.e. as a Client or as a Shopper.

3) If he/she is a Shopper, he will have also to provide his Bank Details and Photo Id, in order to earn through this app. Please note that we store the bank details and Photo ID of Shopper within Stripe's system (and Not in our database) for security reasons. Then Shopper is allowed to turn his status as Online (to receive job notifications).

4) If he/she is a client then they can create grocery job using "Create Trolli" section and he make a grocery and post the job. In order to post the job, client will have to provide his Payment Card details. Please note that we store the card details of Client within Stripe's system (and Not in our database) for security reasons.

5) When Client posts a TROLLi job, the app shoots the Job Invite notifications to Shoppers located within 5km radius. Before accepting the job, Shopper can see the job details i.e. How much he/she is going to earn, what items to bring from where etc.

6) To ensure safety and reliability for everyone:

a. The Shopper would use their own funds to buy groceries, so he won't runaway before delivering. This grocery amount will be paid to Shopper by client upon delivery (e.g via direct Direct Bank Transfer Or Cash, whatever way Client prefers to do the grocery), so Shopper will get his funds instantly upon delivery.
b. There will be pre-authorization of $50 on client's payment card, when they post the job. This is to ensure that client will pay the Fee and will turn away upon delivery.

10) Upon delivery, client checks all the receipts and transfer the sum of grocerey amount to Shopper (Excluding the delivery fee), rate and tip the shopper.

11) Upon Job Completion, the Client's credit card will be charged with the Delivery Fee.
