Chess is a game between two people, each of which has 16 mobile pieces that are placed on a board divided into 64 squares or squares. In its competition version, it is considered a sport.

This is done by threatening the square that the king occupies with some of the own pieces without the other player being able to protect his king by interposing a piece between his king and the piece that threatens him, moving his king to a free slot or capturing the king. piece that is threatening, which results in the checkmate and the end of the game.
