chatnels is an augmented intelligence switchboard for business chat messaging. Similar to a telephone switchboard, the chatnels platform lets customers chat with businesses as easily as calling a phone line.
Each chatnels chat line has an auto-attendant chatbot to help answer common questions and route chat conversations. Incoming chats to a chat line may be answered by the auto-attendant chatbot and/or line group member users. Chats may be forwarded and transferred between line group users and chat lines. The conference feature allows additional chat participants such as service desks, vendors, etc. as well as utility chatbots to be bridged into an active chat conversation.
