You just add the measurements to the app, and it shows all changes in your weight, builds charts on each indicator (weight, body water percentage, body fat percentage, bones and muscles mass, waist circumference). The application analyzes all measurements and helps you to achieve ideal weight!
Weight diary:
Adding weight is an often used operation in the application. And we have tried to make it the most convenient for you – just try it! And if you have scales with the analyzer and a centimetric tape, you will be able to add parameters: bones and muscles mass, body water and fat percentage, waist circumference, hips circumference and chest circumference. You can also add notes to your measurements.
If entered data incorrectly or decided to remove record - just right swipe a cell.
Weight chart
We have also taken care of beautiful and clear charts for all your weight indicators. If you want to see value and the changes - press any top of the chart.
Goals:
Unless there can be a control of weight full without the goals which you try to reach? The application will help you both to lose, and to gain the necessary weight, will prompt how many you have already lost/gained kilograms and how many still remains. All passable goals will be stored in the application and you always will be able to admire the progress!
Data analysis:
Extensive set of useful tools and calculators of weight indicators. It contains both BMI calculator, and calculation of ideal weight for different indexes, and daily calorie needs.

Now you can calculate various parameters (BMI, Maximum and Ideal Weight, Daily Calorie Rate and Waist-to-Height Ratio) through a handy tool of built-in calculators.
Notification:
You can create a notification and the application will remind you at the right time about weighing.
Water diary:
Control your daily water intake, normalize your water balance with the help of a convenient Water Diary. After each consumption of water, simply click on the vessel with water to add the measurement.
Sleep diary:
Monitor your sleep with a comfortable Sleep Diary - write down every day how much you slept
Food diary:
Now you can record everything you eat and count calories
