Finding a good bible application that is not clustered with many complicated features but has every important and relevant functionality a holy bible should have, is not easy. With this bible app we offer delightful experience every time you open the application and read the word of God. How do we do this? We have these important features: bookmark verse, color-highlight, and make personal notes, custom control font size, share verse of the day, and finally the highly appreciated 'bible verse of the day'. Let's look at each of the aforementioned features.
CHANGING BIBLE VERSION
To change bible version, go to settings, select Bible Versions to be shown a list of options, choose what you want, wait a few seconds for download process to finish. That is it.
Bookmark Verse
With this bible app, you can bookmark a verse by first selecting the verse(s). A few icons will pop up at the top panel. Click on one that looks like a closed book to bookmark the selected verses. To access your bookmarked verses in this bible offline app, click on the top left corner menu icon, scroll to bookmarks and select. A new page with list of bookmarked verses comes up. Clicking one bookmarked verse at this level redirects you to the specific book of the bible, chapter and verse.
Make personal notes
We are always excited with this bible application feature. This is because it is intuitive and very handy. To make personal notes on this bible app, select the verses you want to make a note on. You can color-highlight. Then click on the top right corner on the edit(note and pencil icon). A dialog opens with simple instructions. Type your text and when done simply click on the save button. You can access any of the saved notes from the navigation panel.
Color-highlight verses
This offline bible app has an amazing custom color-highlighting feature. Every time you select on verses, a floating button pops up at the bottom right corner. Click on the color-edit icon. To get other colors, drag around the top slider in the open dialog. Select the color you want to you then click set to apply the changes. Color-highlighted verses can also be accessed from the navigation panel. To delete highlighted verse, you can go to highlights, the drag a verse you want to delete all the way to the left.
Other features
Sharing a bible verse or the bible verse of the day is also simple. Always click on the share icon to share the textual content. On the bible verse of the day section, it is possible to share the verse, commentary, the prayer, and image(as of version 1.2) verse of the day.
Change font size.
While reading the bible, there is always a A+ icon on the top panel of the application. Feel free to click on it and a drag to slider to change font. when desired font size is in effect. click ok. the changes will always be applied until you alter it yourself. Have fun with this, you wont break anything.
