I needed a tool to help me keep count of my Sets of reps or times (depending on the type of set I am doing) .... So I made this app!

You can choose from a Custom Time set, a Timed set or a Rep set.

Custom Time
--------------

Enter your own values for your training time period and your rest period.

Click "Start" and start your set
Start your rest period when the buzzer sounds
Start your new set when the ding sounds start
Repeat


Timed Set
--------------

Choose your Set Time from 30, 45, 60, 90, 120 and 180 seconds
Choose your Rest Period from 15, 30, 45, 60, 75 and 90 seconds

Click "Start" and start your set
Start your rest period when the buzzer sounds
Start your new set when the ding sounds start
Repeat


Rep Sets
------------

Choose your Rest Period from 15, 30, 45, 60, 75 and 90 seconds

Start your Set
Once you have done your set, click the plus (+) button to increment your set amount
Wait for the rest period to end and then start your next set
